Objective
To provide knowledge and assistance to Community Associations and their Boards of Directors while fostering a friendly environment, preserving property values, and achieving the objectives of the Community.
Philosophy
Keep the focus of myself and the management team on the need of the Association to maintain the common property and provide for the safety, health and welfare of the members as stated in the Articles of Incorporation. The management team does include the company as well as the many volunteers from the Association.
