To provide knowledge and assistance to Community Associations and their Boards of Directors while fostering a friendly environment, preserving property values, and achieving the objectives of the Community.


Keep the focus of myself and the management team on the need of the Association to maintain the common property and provide for the safety, health and welfare of the members as stated in the Articles of Incorporation. The management team does include the company as well as the many volunteers from the Association.

  • Oversee Association operations

  • Procure, negotiate, supervise and manage contracts and vendors, including security, landscape, janitorial. Common area maintenance including buildings, roadways, pools, tennis courts and open space.

  • Prepare budgets, meeting agendas, minutes, special reports

  • Conduct and attend general and executive Board meetings, solicit legal opinion

  • CC&R enforcement


1994 - 1998 - California Right to Life, Pleasant Hill, CA, Acting Director/Office Manager

  • Responsible for overseeing program operations and reported regularly to the Board of Directors

  • Published a monthly educational and quarterly newsletter for the organizations membership

  • Directed salaried as well as volunteer staff

  • Provided interviews with news media and public sector
