We enter into a contractual relationship with the Board of Directors to perform as the Associations agent. The services we provide are customer-oriented.

 

A well-run Association requires a Board of Directors that makes well-informed decisions promptly, sets clear policy, and stands behind it. A good Manager works within the policies established. In order for the Manager to be proactive and a creative problem solver, a trust must be developed with the Board of Directors.

 

We believe our Management System has built into it the proper checks and balances to assure we can monitor our work product, as can the Board of Directors.
